Our business hours are as follows: Monday - Friday: 7:00am to 10:00pm Saturday and Sunday: 8:00am to 7:00pm Please note that our hours may vary on holidays and special occasions.     Yes, our prices are subject to change, often influenced by ingredient costs. We are dedicated to providing the best-tasting cookies to our clients, and this commitment sometimes requires adjustments in pricing.
  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
    Yes, we offer refunds within 24 hours of payment acceptance. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds after this period as your cutter order has likely already been placed. But the good news is, you'll still receive your delicious cookies!
  • Can I place a rush order?
    We do our best to accommodate last-minute orders. Orders with a turnaround time of under 14 days will require a rush fee, which is 20% of the order total. Please reach out to us directly via our site, or communicate with us directly on any of our social media platforms.
  • When is payment due for my order?
    Payment is required upfront to ensure a seamless experience. Your payment allows us to source high-quality ingredients, including cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging. Additionally, your payment reserves your pick-up date.

    At Medina Cookie Co, we offer delivery options based on distance. For customers within a 5-mile radius of our shop, we offer free delivery for orders over $20. For customers outside of this range, we offer delivery for a small fee based on distance. We also offer in-store pickup for those who prefer to pick up their orders themselves.
  • Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
    Certainly! Order changes can be made until 10 days before the due date. After that, change requests will be considered, and a small fee may apply.
