Payment Due

To maintain the quality of our products, we require payment upfront. Your payment allows us to source high-quality ingredients, including cute cutters, spectacular sprinkles, and perfect packaging. Additionally, your payment reserves your pick-up date, ensuring a seamless experience.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We take pride in delivering freshly baked cookies. If you fail to show up for the agreed-upon pickup time, your order will be forfeited. However, if you need to reschedule your order, please reach out to us at least 5 days prior to your pickup time.

​

Refunds

We offer refunds within 24 hours of payment acceptance. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds after this period due to the likely placement of your cutter order. Rest assured, you will receive your delicious cookies.

​

Delivery Options

All orders are currently available for pickup only. However, if you live within 10 miles of our pickup location, we offer delivery for an additional fee of $10.00.

​

Pickup Details

Delivery and pickup times are set at the time of ordering. Pick-ups will be available at 1037 Adagio Dr. Volo, IL.

Order Changes

We understand that circumstances change. You can make order changes until 10 days before the due date. After this period, change requests will be considered, and a small fee may apply.

Quality Assurance

While we aim to create cookies that closely resemble your inspiration photos, please note that they may not be perfect replicas. However, we always strive to maintain a high level of quality and creativity in our creations.

COVID-19 Considerations

We recognize the challenges posed by COVID-19. If you need to reschedule your event due to COVID-19 exposure, we can freeze your cookies for up to 2 weeks, allowing you to prioritize your health and safety.

Rush Orders

For orders with a turnaround time of under 14 days, a rush fee of 20% of the order total will apply.

Price Adjustments

Our prices are subject to change, often influenced by ingredient costs. We are dedicated to providing the best-tasting cookies to our clients, and this commitment sometimes requires adjustments in pricing.

Shipping Disclaimer

While we do our best to package cookies securely, shipping carries the risk of breakage. We cannot offer refunds for broken cookies. We also cannot guarantee shipping timelines, but we will assist you in tracking your order. Claims for lost orders can be filed with USPS.

Photo Accuracy

Please be aware that colors and lighting in photos may differ slightly from the actual product you receive.

Order Minimums

A minimum order of 1 dozen cookies is required. Stay tuned for announcements about popup shops or markets on our Facebook page if you need fewer cookies.

Cookie Care

Once you pick up your order, the responsibility for the cookies is yours. Ensure they are stored safely, kept cool, and away from direct sunlight. Refer to the Cookie Care Card included with your order for guidance.

Communication

To ensure your order is perfect, we require responses to our messages within 3 hours. If you have questions for us, please allow up to 2 hours for a response.

Allergies

While we do our best to accommodate allergies, please be aware that our baked goods may contain known allergens.

Compliance with Cottage Food Laws

We adhere to cottage food laws, ensuring the safe production of our baked goods in a home kitchen not subject to public health inspection. This includes processing common food allergens as required by law.

Photography Consent

We may take photographs of our creations for social media and our website. If you prefer not to have your cookies featured, please inform us at the time of placing your order.
